Julia Van Graas

Simon Vertullo

Simon is an experienced CFO and CXO and works in situations where there is a requirement for a senior finance executive to provide strategic leadership for managing performance, transactions, risk and turnarounds.

He brings to engagements an extensive background in motivating and leading people in complex environments and uses a consultative approach with an emphasis on commercial solutions and rapid action. Simon is a Chartered Accountant and has broad financial, transactional and operational experience with significant exposure to complex situations and markets having worked with numerous listed and large private companies in Australia, Asia and the United Kingdom. He is known for his ability to provide “cut through” to the core issues and solutions.

Peter Roberts

Spiique Leader

Peter is a seasoned commercial and financial professional with extensive finance, real estate, funds management, investment, financial services, private and public-sector experience.

In his various CxO roles, he has provided strategic advice and guidance to Boards and leadership teams, delivered strong financial results in extremely challenging economic environments, effectively implemented complex mergers and acquisitions with highly innovative financial, tax and corporate structuring and strong leadership in the execution of organisational restructures. Most recently, Peter was the CFO and COO of Barangaroo where he oversaw complex development agreements and stakeholder engagement. Peter has extensive professional qualifications in accounting, finance and governance, and he is an independent director on several boards and their audit and risk committees.

Toon is an authentic leader and business advisor. Based on his engineering background, he developed extensive international experience in financial management in situations characterised by change. Mike Murphy

Mike has held senior executive and board of director roles for entities based in the United States and Asia. He has served as a COO, CFO, and CRO for both publicly traded entities and portfolio companies of private equity sponsors across a variety of industries. Mike has also led multiple operational and financial turnaround matters on behalf of lenders and boards of directors. For three years, Mike led the Asia Pacific Restructuring practice for one of the largest international consulting firms. Mike has received industry recognition and awards in both the United States and Asia related to the achievement of significant operational and financial improvement of the underlying entities.

Several graduate business schools developed case studies based on entities in which Mike led their transformation. Mike is currently based in the United States and continues to operate across the US and Asia.

With 35 years’ spent working internationally in the service and consumer sector, Stephen’s insight into strategy, finance, marketing and e-commerce is grounded in considerable experience in the field.

A creative and insightful Director and Interim Manager, Stephen is frequently appointed by companies to spearhead business renewals, merger integration projects and high stakes turnarounds. Passionate about remaining customer-focused and evidence-based, he proactively seeks where a company’s value lies in order to get the whole team working continuously in a virtuous circle to create more of it.

A numbers guru, Karina’s well-honed expertise lie in financial management, strategy, leadership, risk and corporate governance. With 30 years’ spent in global and Australian banks during periods of regulatory scrutiny and adverse business conditions, Karina is accustomed to interacting with regulators and influencing safe business transformations within an organisational imperative of cultural change.

A qualified CPA accountant and a thirst for learning, Karina’s extensive Financial Services experience in Australia/NZ includes significant exposure to international regulation affecting US, UK and Asian markets.

Anna’s diverse background and operational business experience enable her to rapidly understand the wants and needs of an organisation, coupled with the complexity of the business context and its people.
